I originally gave a negative review because I couldn't get the bacon to come out like this, how i like it I realized that I just need to use a lower temperature and give it more time. I usually cook bacon at 400ยบF in a regular pan, so I tried that in this pan first. At this temperature, the bacon didn't seem to crisp up in the center before burning on top. The next time I tried 450ยบF and much less time the result was even worse. At 350ยบF for about 25 minutes (yes, it takes time) I got the results I wanted. I wish it didn't take that long, but as long as it works, the frying pan seems pretty useful. I'll probably still use the air fryer to cook the bacon, but I'll use this pan when I want to cook 12 slices of bacon at once.
