Like the shorts I bought the week before the half marathon, these actually arrived the afternoon before the marathon. My wife and I had dinner the night before and I put them on to see if I would risk running a half marathon in them. They felt great that night and I really needed new shoes. So I ran a half marathon with it. Absolutely good! No problem. So yeah, I've never run in them, ran about 100 yards in them before putting them on for a half marathon, and ran the full 13.1 miles with no issues. I'm a 54 year old male and my time was an ok 2:04 which was (unfortunately) slower than my 25 year old daughter but that's not the fault of the shoes! Definitely happy with these shoes.
