I like how they are very organized when it comes to keeping track of my accounts. They also have great customer service! It's easy to pay bills online without having to talk to anyone or wait around in line at your bank. Sometimes you can't do things right away if there is a problem with billing information. For example, we wanted to change our account info but sometimes it takes awhile before we get a response from them about it. If you're looking for someone who has great organization skills then this is probably not going to be the best choice. We needed help managing all of our money so we could keep track of everything. Allowing us to see what was coming due each month and making sure we were always up-to-date on payments being made towards those bills.
