So this pan works really well except for one thing I noticed while making hamburgers for 9 people recently. I had to use this pan as well as the round cast iron I have. The surface of this rectangular pan is quite rough and the meat tends to stick to it. The round pan is much smoother and the burgers not only cook faster, they also brown better on the top. The best thing about this pan is the shape, I can make 3 small hamburger patties at once but the loss of a nice crust when I try to flip them makes me shed a tear every time I use this thing.
