When my tracker arrived, I clipped it to my beloved cat's collar. After 3 days a guest came to our house who left the door open but my cat wasn't there. I thought I was so lucky that I just clipped this tracker to her collar. When I opened the app, she didn't recognize my pet because I had it attached to her collar. Super helpful. A week after my cat went missing, she returned and spent a short time in our garden. I thought maybe the tracker would connect since she was nearby. nope My cat has been gone for 15 days and this pet tracker is useless.
