I was very disappointed that it didn't stop automatically when the tape was rewound. He was also going too fast, so I had to stand over him and watch closely when the tape ended. Worse, rewinding sometimes gave off a piercing screech, just like the fire alarms in our apartments. It was terrible! I would have sent it back immediately, but although the line was technically fine, I couldn't (and still can't) connect to my computer for weeks and months and therefore couldn't access the information I needed. I truly believe that anyone who wanted to sell this actually knew about this complexity and did me a huge disservice to bring it to market. Being an elderly person with a tiny income, I felt very cheated.
