Not worth it if you have an Intel laptop and the eject mechanism isn't that good.
The SATA controller in Intel laptops is not designed to work with SATA hot swap, this should not be a problem if you are using an AMD laptop. The eject mechanism would be much better if it used the same one as in version 5.25 for SSDs, which just pops the latch and ejects the drive.
