Review on 🔎 HDE Optimal Digital Infrared Tachometer for Professionals by Robert Prix

We have a pair of reflex tachometer generators in use. Both are difficult to aim for. I bought this unit to use for hardware testing that I was doing. I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy this model was to use AND how accurate it was when used in parallel with two calibrated devices we had at work. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 has to do with the fragility of the tachometer. . I dropped this from about 18 inches. The bottom of the case was ripped off and the transparent panel over the LCD was thrown across the floor. It was easy to put back together, but that suggests it's not a rugged device you can count on for everyday use in harsh industrial environments. In any case, the price is unbeatable.
