Open here. I used Nike training shoes but they were not suitable for squats. I wanted to buy Addidas Squat shoes but couldn't find them at Revain (out of stock in the right size) or outlet stores. Then I bought these shoes. The fit was perfect. The shoes have a huge heel with an extremely hard sole. This helps a lot with squat lifting. I really like this shoe and will continue to use it for my squat workouts. I tried going to the gym in these shoes and it was a terrible experience. Take your shoes to the gym, put them on during squats, and take them home. Walking in these shoes is very difficult due to the high heels. I would rate them 5 stars and would recommend this shoe to anyone interested in squat shoes. If you are looking for an all round training shoe then this is not the shoe you should buy. Buy this if you need special shoes for squats.
