Ordered August 9, 2020. Received the product August 17, 2020.Planned to put it together August 19 -- opened the box and found parts missing:no screws (2 types, 36 total),no HYDRAULIC PISTONS (2):no brackets andone of two with only 1 (of 2) metal laths (MZN), which appear to be bottom panel reinforcement.Called the provided number and reported missing parts. Pleasant person, efficient in getting the missing parts sorted out. She set the expectation of the missing parts showing up in 10 days. When I'll be out of town for a week. Received a form email with the case number. A week later, received a second (identical) email. Now 17 days later, returned from my trip and still no parts package. Sent an email back to Keter, got a reply in 24 hours on September 7:We do apologize for the problems and inconvenience you had with your Keter purchase. Unfortunately the parts still in backorder at the warehouse and due to current events, we have had to take measures to keep our employees safe, which has resulted in shipping delays. We appreciate your patience during these unprecedented times, and will do everything we can to get parts out as soon as possible. Your order should arrive in the next 3-4 weeks.Parts did arrive late on Sept. 16. I was able to put the Deck Box together Sept. 18. Still didn't get one reinforcing bar & 8 screws, but I can probably source that here. Don't know if they sent the wrong latch or if the design is off, but it won't line up.
