I would not buy this again

Cheap product that is backed by even worse if not horrible customer service (not ebay but the manufacturer). I would not buy from them again. The first time I ordered this item the box was missing all metal connecting parts and sets of screws, it only had the plastic molded parts. Obviously could not put any of it together. Received it on 8/13. Per the manufacturer’s note inside I called them instead of amazon and they verified the model number and said they would send me by mail a pack of…

*Terrible* Customer Service

My order was delivered on 31 March missing a number of parts that made assembly impossible. I called the customer service number listed twice, spending 45 minutes and then an hours on hold without speaking to a human being. The same days the order was delivered I sent a email to the customer service email address listed detailing the missing parts, and I received an automated response with a case number. It was 21 days later (21 April) that I received an email from Keter saying the missing…

It was easy to assemble it holds everything we needed it too and it seems to be water-resistant so that cushions inside don't get wet when it rains

Very roomy on my review.

This is very roomy and deep. The outside looks good and well made. It was a quick and easy assembly, my husband did it by himself. Was easy to move. Is waterproof as stated by seller.Highly recommend this product.

Super Sturdy in my review

We have had this item for about 2 months now and we are very impressed with this product. You can see and feel the high quality material. The top opens easily and stays open with the strong winds around our home.

Sturdy and large on my review.

Took me about an hour to assemble. Very easy and clear instructions. I’m a 5’6 woman and didn’t need a second person to help. It stores my 6 person sectional patio cushions and 6 person dining seat cushions with two throw pillows and my outside electrical wires. Loving it so far

Incredible capacity & 100% waterproof

I looked everywhere to find something that could hold all of my cushions in one storage box. This was perfect! Fairly easy to put together and most importantly 100% water proof. It poured rain all night the day after we got it and the cushions remained bone-dry. Love this product!

Product was pretty easy to assemble by myself.We got a lot of rain this week and of 10 cushions I only thought one was damp but not enough to worry about it. Something I’ll watch

Missing parts/Broken Lid

Frustrated! Our deck box came with a broken top. I emailed the company to have a new sent. After 2 days of not hearing back I called them. They will be sending a new top. it will be here in 4 WEEKS! Plenty of room! good for me

I bought 2 club chairs for my deck and many other deck boxes were too small to hold the pillows. This one is great! Fits the chair pillows with plenty of room to spare. It’s sturdy and the color hasn’t faded (I keep it in a full-sun area).

Definitely overpriced

Not sturdy enough. I feel they could’ve done a better job with the quality of the plastic. One of the corner braces broke when I was assembling it. Definitely overpriced. I’ll keep it only because I’ve already assembled it and don’t want to bother with packing it all up. I think it should be priced at $100
