My order was delivered on 31 March missing a number of parts that made assembly impossible. I called the customer service number listed twice, spending 45 minutes and then an hours on hold without speaking to a human being. The same days the order was delivered I sent a email to the customer service email address listed detailing the missing parts, and I received an automated response with a case number. It was 21 days later (21 April) that I received an email from Keter saying the missing parts would be shipped soon. These parts arrived on 26 April but this order was also incomplete and it was impossible to assemble my product. I contacted Keter the same day (26 April) informing them of the missing parts and received the same automated response with a new case number. I heard nothing back. I emailed the company again on 4 May 22 to inquire when the missing parts would be shipped, and have heard mothing in return (but I did get another case number from the machine who appears to be the only entity in the company who knows how to respond in a timely manner). I an last seeing futile effort, in my ample spare time over the past two week, I have called the customer service phone number three times and left the phone on speaker in an attempt speak to someone in person. Alas, after 40 minutes, 33 minutes and 74 minutes respectively, without being taken off hold, I hung in frustration.Purchase Keter products at your own risk, unless you have the deep and unfailing patience of a Buddhist monk.
