Frustrated! Our deck box came with a broken top. I emailed the company to have a new sent. After 2 days of not hearing back I called them. They will be sending a new top. it will be here in 4 WEEKS! So I start to put together the box and planned to just use the broken lid for now. well, I’m missing a whole list of pieces. Bag of screws, corner cap, springs for the lid etc. Not impressed.I know there is a lot going on in the world right now and a deck box is minor! They are working with limited staff so I will give them grace on the time to replace the items. But no reason for that much to be missing or broken (package was not damaged).Pictures to show damage and size. Size and sturdiness is great. Color is a little darker than expected.
