Review on Swissvoice EPure - DECT 6 by Jessica Hall

I bought this phone because I was remodeling my kitchen and wanted something unique. At first the green light on the side kept flashing due to messages. I tried everything and ended up turning it off and not using it for months to investigate the issue. It took a while but I finally managed to turn it off (carrier involvement, codes entered and actually turning the phone off and back on every time I have a message). so finally found out then it wouldn't charge. Contacted support and they sent a new battery straight away and the phone worked again. They contacted me about a bad review I had written and I explained all the issues I was having with the phone, especially the incessant blinking. The support rep actually consulted with their IT department and found a solution. They are great and use customer feedback to improve their products. nice phone
