It will probably be ok but I ordered the wrong item ;)
I thought I could use this to send temperature readings to my electric smoker controller. It wasn't a suitable device for this purpose, so it didn't transmit the temperature reading the way I wanted it to. my fault I'm only including this overview to warn others that you should carefully consider whether you need this probe for your project. Fortunately, getting it back through Revain Prime wasn't difficult.
