One of my most used pattern tools.

This item is invaluable for small jobs. I use it so much that I don't even try to post it. I was concerned that it was so thin it wouldn't be very strong, but I was wrong. Almost does not bend and perfectly withstands continuous use. The picture is a bit misleading, you only get one. He just shows you both sides of it.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Concealable

Ideal for micro woodworking.

What I like to do as a pensioner! I work almost exclusively with Baltic Birch, which I purchased in thicknesses from 1/16" to 3/4". Mostly 1/8 inch. Strangely, their advertisement on Revain for a US made product contains an error! It is 1/32" scale, NOT 3/32"! I use it on every woodworking project and I have several other ZONA products, all of the highest quality.

  • New

  • Vulgarity

Basic Craft Tool - Professional or Hobbyist

My large, heavy contra angle is essential for most of my leather work, but I need a small one to keep handy for quickly checking square corners for small details, etc. As mentioned, it's very thin and therefore a bit difficult to lift, so I added some cork on one side to keep it in place and easier to lift. I also like that it is metric (mm/cm) on one side and inches on the other.

  • Weight

Absolutely right! Portable!

A tool engraved on both sides as described! Can't fault the seller for not reading the description. More photos would help so I uploaded a few. Pros: Suitable for everyday use. Not for the manufacture of high-precision products such as B. some spacecraft parts. Rschunimagu. Good enough for my drawings and journals when I need to create small, neat geometric symbols without lugging around bags of templates and rulers. Cons: Could be a bit thicker.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not the best

Too thin to use in a store.

Extremely thin material. Lead size 0.53 mm. The thickness is not even a millimeter. Since it's so thin I'm sure it won't hold up and bend. Since the material is so thin I can say that holding a pencil against it and holding it there will be a challenge. Also, I find the description a bit misleading. You only get one square, not two. I wanted to send it back but not worth the hassle. Update: 6/12/17 For justice I came back and added 2 more stars. Looking through the description, I see that it's…

Absolutely NO square! Avoid at all costs!

When I received this I immediately tested it on a Wezu 150mm (6 inch) Precision Wide Base Machinist Engineer Square (DIN 875/2 Deutsche Norm). I've tested the Wezu and it's within spec (better actually). Compared to the Wezu, the Zona is totally non-square - neither the outer nor inner corners are 90 degrees. It's not square enough to be visible to the naked eye .A square's primary purpose is to be a square. If it fails, it fails 100% and nothing else counts. This little 'square' actually can't

  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Hard to say

Terrible quality - do not buy!

If you are looking for a small stainless steel square, you definitely don't need this square for various reasons. When he took his out of the box it cut my thumb because it had a rough edge with a burr on the side. It was invisible but razor sharp thanks to terrible quality assurance from the manufacturer. It was strongly adhered to the cardboard with two huge blobs of unnecessary glue, so I cut myself removing it. And ironically, this didn't do anything to protect it, as the "cardboard box" is

Great square for small projects/hobbies

This is a very small square. I read some negative reviews about this tool and almost didn't order it, but I suspect that those who leave negative review about this tool do so for two main reasons: 1. They didn't understand how small this square is, and 2. They thought they would get TWO squares for that price. It's thin, not thick like the square you would use in a wood shop. Many of those who ordered this angle probably thought it would be a tough, reliable tool for tough jobs. It's not like…
