Like the heading says I needed to lay out post holes while the existing barn was still up, this kept me from doing the old diagonal measure method. I set the thing up after sundown and at my first post hole location. I set one Axis across the long length of the barn where i wanted it and measured off 60 feet and put a stake and another stake on the short side at 36 feet. Bought this to build my deck. Worked flawlessly. Helped make it perfectly level and square. Only complaint is the green laser was a bit hard to see in bright sunlight. Not realy surprising. Red is even harder to see. The good news is that it came with a laser target that made it much easier to see. This thing is sooo versitile! Makes a plumb laser square up and down, vertical amd horizontal level laser lines. Awesome.

Had a F99T-XG for a while. Was setting it up on my counter in preparation for use in installing some bathroom lights and a mirror. was just checking everything an noticed the horizontal like against my counter backsplash looked a little odd. Long story-short, turns out 2 emitters are about 8 degrees off in both t the horizontal and vertical lines. I was using a dewalt laser level($450) with my old employer. After I left and had to return it back to them I missed having one. I ordered this one for less than half the cost of the dewalt and I have to say the quality of this is impeccable. I would recommend this to all of my coworkers, family, and friends! Similar to most other laser levels, this one has something distinctive about it which is its built-in anti shock feature. Most laser levels as you know (no matter how you install them) have some sort of a wobble to them when you move around them. On this one, when you press the button and turn on the anti shock, it tends to keep the line where it should be and also even when it moves just a little, it quickly stabilizes itself which is super nice. Very impressive green beam laser level from Firecore! Already used it on a few minor projects around the house and plan on using this for an upcoming deck project.The bright green light shows up well in all working environments, even in daylight. The carrying case is very nice with foam cutouts for all the charging equipment and attachments. Operating on three plans, the cross line laser is professional grade and will work well on any project.Very happy with this product.

I compare this directly to the Dew.t 3D laser level and for hundreds less it is a good buy at this price point. I am small general contractor and have been using this first for electrical (junction boxes) and then for recess lighting. Makes it more than twice has fast as using X and Y coordinates. With double the warranty that Dew.t has. Do not know how long it will last but at this price point you can really overthink this.

The laser doesn't really work if your going to hang with it's magnets, on floor level works better but the green laser isn't strong enough to see from a distance

I have been using a red beam laser level and I wanted to switch to a green beam laser level, this Firecore laser level is easy to use, and it has nice features such as the self-leveling, which I need the most and it's quick to self level. I also like the 3 x 360 lines features that covers the whole surface. The battery is large enough, I have used it for many days now and still didn't run out of charge.

Took me a bit of time to get use to this, but it does amazing work and makes all my projects so much more level and professional looking. No more balancing a level with a pencil with a nail!

A great tool for the money. Most comparable units are significantly more expensive. I was able to get a tripod with the money I saved. And it beats a chaulk line any day!

The laser was only visible up to 10’ outdoors in the sunlight. Thanks for attention. Indoors or outdoors on the shade works well.
