I'm a DIY hobbyist and I love 3D printing so I find myself hanging things very very often. I used to spend so long with a tape measure and a level mapping out where I would hang things and this laser level has made my life so much easier and it shaves so much time off my work. I just put the laser level on my tripod and all the measuring is done. The battery life on it is so amazing I've used it so many times already and I haven't had to recharge it and on top of that, it comes with an extra battery and a way to use disposable batteries to power it. I also love that the light will flash to tell you that the laser is not level so if I accidentally knock into the tripod it lets me know that it needs adjusting.
