Wella Koleston Perfect ME+ is the top rated professional hair color. My order arrived on time and in the original manufacturer's packaging. The tubes have not been opened, there are no problems with the product. The Wella website states that this Koleston Perfect ME+ color should be mixed with Welloxon Perfect Developer (instead of Koleston Developer). That's how I did it and it worked wonderfully.
