I replaced a defective factory mount on a 1st generation Dodge Stratus with this mount and front and rear lower engine mounts. The mount does not include everything shown in this picture, just bare metal and a rubber elastic/hydraulic part. The black bracket with screw holes on the four corners needs to be removed from the old bracket. The anchor is attached to this bracket with two pins that are not visible in the picture. The three holes in the bare metal are the screw holes for attaching to the gearbox. The above studs on the anchor are approximately twice as long as the studs on the Original Equipment factory bracket, long enough to prevent the black bracket from penetrating the recess where it bolts to the body rail. After spending several frustrating hours trying to figure out why the mount wouldn't snap to tighten all the screws, I realized it was because the bolts were too long. After screwing the bracket to the black bracket, I cut off all but 2-3 turns of the remaining bolt thread excess, and after that it stood up normally. My engine runs and idles much smoother after replacing these three brackets. They've been in use for about two weeks, so I can't comment on the longevity of the product. On a 1st generation Stratus with a 2.5L V6 engine, you must remove the cruise control vacuum servo from the strut support to access this bracket.
