Review on 🚴 Satori Harmony Bike Bicycle Suspension Seatpost 30.9x350mm - Excludes 27.2mm and 31.6mm Sizes by Paul Monzon

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The lack of damping leaves the rider bouncing off a bump after impact, but otherwise the seatpost is decent.

This seatpost can throw you out of your seat if the dent is big enough and if you ride fast enough. However, this problem doesn't arise when you hit a pothole, as you simply fall into the pothole and the suspension compresses. I'm 160 pounds and have no preload but still feel the compression is a bit stiff. Maybe it would be better if I put in a spring with a lower constant k (lb/in or N/m). At this setting, the sag is about 1 cm or one-third of an inch. Of course, this post isn't as soft as a full suspension bike, but it's definitely better than a rigid seat post and doesn't cause pedal wobble. It works best on uneven terrain, such as. B. Old roads with cracks, bumps and potholes about 2 inches high. You have to get up from your seat for the big one
