Purchased for Dominican republic and the bag did not disappoint. Used it as a personal bag on the plane. Fit fine under the seat. Had it on atv excursions, boat rides. Held all of our things and stayed dry. Ease of access both top and front. And while away from the bag at the beach I used a TSA lock and was able to loop and lock it around a chair. You could still work your way into the bag but it was a deterrent for someone to come up and walk away with it.
