I like that it's easy to use, has great analytics tools for tracking responses from customers so we can see where our efforts are going well or not as much! It was difficult at first getting used too but now its pretty intuitive with all of their training material available online if you need any help along your way :) We have been able track response rates using Vidreach in comparison against other platforms such as Mailchimp etc which helps us make better decisions about what content works best when reaching out via different channels (email campaigns).
