Silencer does not fit directly. At least 3 inches shorter
These muffler brackets don't reach far enough. They cause the rubber mounts to stretch slightly at an angle. The factory motor is about 3 inches longer. On the other hand, with a trip to Autozone, a 2-1/4 ID x 2-1/4 O pipe and two muffler clamps, this was an easy decision. This muffler is very quiet and has the right holes for proper water delivery. Only 3 stars because it is listed as straight forward. And believe me, I literally cut the pipe right off the stock muffler and still had to buy an extra pipe to properly lengthen it.
