It shouldn't be that hard!

I was so excited to get this so I could finally organize all my receipts. Unfortunately, it didn't even turn on. I called support and spent over 2 hours connecting it to my computer and working on the install. Eventually Rod told me to restart the computer and it should work. I rebooted and you know what? Nothing. Rod recalled - and they're closed! The next day he didn't even contact me to see if it was working. Bad bad customer service. Please save money and choose another brand.
