The ease of use for both clients as well as employees is one that I appreciate most about this product! It's easy enough so even non-technical people can figure it out quickly--which helps immensely when you have hundreds or thousands of calls per day!! There are some minor bugs here and there but nothing too bad. We've had very few issues at all in 2 years since implementation. Call recording/transcription has become much easier through their help desk tech support team who were able to walk me right thru everything step by step without any problems whatsoever. The best part is that it is very easy to use and the pricing is very flexible. It can be used for both audio and video conferencing. Also, the recordings can be taken offline and can be accessed later. I find it a little bit difficult to navigate through the recording section. It can also be used for video calling. We use it for meetings, presentations, and also for customer support.
