Voicefox Review

The ease of use for both clients as well as employees is one that I appreciate most about this product! It's easy enough so even non-technical people can figure it out quickly--which helps immensely when you have hundreds or thousands of calls per day!! There are some minor bugs here and there but nothing too bad. We've had very few issues at all in 2 years since implementation.
