The best thing about this software is that it helps in creating different types of models which are very helpful to understand business processes. I have never come across any such tool or application where we can create so many models at one go as here. It's easy to use and also has multiple templates to choose from. There should be more options available with respect to data sources like databases etc., since currently only excel files are allowed. Also there shouldn't be any restriction on number of users who can access the same model simultaneously. Currently, we are using Microsoft Excel as our database but we could not extract all the required information out of it, hence we were looking for an alternative solution. We realized through trial and error what data was missing from MS-Excel. With the help of infosoft, now we know how much detail and specific things need to be extracted from Excel file and put into its respective fields. This helped us greatly in reducing.
