I love a good space heater and this one looked to be very nice. Do not get me wrong this thing is SUPER hot and will warm up a room in under 30 minutes when turned to full blast and osculating Level 2. But if you are wanting mild heat this is not the heater. It rarely works on osculating Level 1 regardless of the heat setting you select and only comes on when it has gotten extremely cold. I read the directions and have followed them, the product works but I wouldn't say "as expected" all products have some bugs here and there!
