I've heard a lot about this laser and it hasn't disappointed. Battery life is fantastic, even in extreme cold. Robust construction. Bright lasers are visible at great distances. It's decent for outdoor use in overcast conditions, but 360° isn't as powerful as a unidirectional laser.

This is the third laser I have bought from Amazon. The first one didn't work so I put money on an Amazon gift card and bought another one from a different seller. The second arrived but it was the wrong model. I had no choice but to get another one with a gift card. The third is misaligned and I'm done with that. I have already sent this laser to the Dewalt factory for repair.

Excited to see the DeWalt 165' 3 x 360 line laser arrive; I was just as disappointed when I opened it. Much to my surprise, the actual 3 x 360 degrees were corrupted. Only 1 out of 3 lasers works. When I bought this product it said it was brand new, never used or refurbished. NEW. See attached photos. Now I have to return this and order another one which will only delay my project which I took time off to complete.

This 3-line laser uses standard 12V max batteries. This kit contains only 1 battery and charger but will last you all day. Overall, I was really impressed with the versatility of this laser. I like DeWalt tools but I don't think this review is biased. I have been building for over 20 years and have used many ladders over the years. You've come a long way and this is the best of them all. The green line is visible even in the sun and is quite thin. A big improvement compared to older lasers. It doesn't rotate either. He uses mirrors and stays calm. No setback. Another great success. I love the size and power of this laser. Very easy to use. Much less than I expected. Unfortunately the green laser just isn't bright. I've tried charging the battery several times to no avail. Bought this laser for framing at a construction site and am very happy with it. I bought it to upgrade from a DW089K Dewalt laser and its performance is definitely better, but not better in every way.
