For less than $7 I was able to replace the "dead" remote that originally came with my Insignia TV. The TV model number was listed on this product along with a few other model numbers and although it looked a little different I am so glad I took a chance and ordered it. No programming required, just pop in batteries and it works like clockwork! I'm so glad I didn't buy one of those universal remotes that require programming! For the money this is a great deal!
