Review on All-Clad HA1 Hard Anodized Nonstick Frying Pan with Lid, 12 Inch - Superior Cooking Experience in Medium Grey by Brendan Baker

Love this pan. I love this brand. Many years ago I bought a full set of stainless steel All-Clad cookware - it almost broke the bank! But there are things that I still use to this day and I like it. But I don't really like stainless steel pans - mostly because I like to cook in a non-stick pan. We stopped using nonstick coatings many years ago when there were warnings that they would release and/or flush out toxins. However, recent research shows that storing non-stick pans at medium heat is safe for your health. I liked this pan so much that I also ordered a set of 2 smaller pans, but these are the ones I use the most. Counter, it leaves marks on it. I have no idea why but I just don't do it and save myself another job of cleaning the counters. Just like when we get a new car, I also take care of my new frying pans. And when I wash this pan, I don't put it in the dishwasher or against other cookware where you can scratch the inside. I dry it immediately and put it away, it still looks like new. I highly recommend it.
