ForTeachersOnly is an online marketplace where learning and teaching products are been sold, primarily targeted at teachers as the name clearly indicates.
I want to talk about some features I observed on the platform, especially on the products category section. There is a wide range of categories listed there that helps enhance both the teacher and student teaching and learning experience respectively. Like books, drinkwares, memopad, writing accessories, erasers and so on.
But I also observed that the platform does not provide enough means to access the customer service section, I think modern techniques should be included to boost the customer's shopping experience.
