Ok, so I'm taking the time to write this because of the quick response of the seller to a minor problem with one of my two strings of these sturdy, beautiful lights. First, these lights are extremely durable as evidenced by the thick, durable wiring and strong bulb material. Very impressive. Second, the lights are very colorful and customize-able with the remote. These actually come with two remotes and three spare bulbs fyi. Able to change from solid color to changing modes easily and remote has dimmer switch for use with solid color mode which is perfect for us. Only improvement would be a "chasing" mode where the lights "move" in sequence thru the string.I bought two strings, and on one of them one single bulb did not always change color quickly with the rest, and sometimes stayed on the previous color for some reason. I contacted seller and they responded within an hour or two and had me test with spare bulb. When this didn't work, they immediately shipped me a new string which came in a day or two. Did not ask for the problem string back even. They claim this is not a common issue with these lights, and the replacement did not show any signs of this issue. I am very happy with these lights and the strong backing of their product for a minor issue. Very nice to deal with. Highly recommend.
