This is a handsome but rather large unit, especially if you intend to use it as a bedside clock. So double check your intended home placement for this item. So far the sound quality is good/fair, CD player works as intended, and I found set up easy. Please beware to never lose the remote. You cannot set the clock without it (power outage or day light savings). If you lose the remote (or if is breaks), you are unable to set the clock. Most everything else will work without the remote. Also the clock light is very bright. Like blue night light bright. If you insist on sleeping in a dark room, the clock light may annoy you. I just bought a 5% tinted window cling/film, cut to size and problem solved. Here is the bottom line:1. Nice but large cd clock player - in product description2. Sound quality average3.
