I like how easy it was to set up alerts for my customers in their app! It's not always 100% accurate but we are able get pretty close most of times if you do your research before setting something off (we had some false positives which were quickly corrected).
Also they have great customer support so any time there needs be an issue or question just reach out via chat/email & someone will help resolve within minutes!! They can sometimes take awhile when sending emails back from our ticketing portal because its busy during peak hours etc.. Their overall service has been good though - no complaints at this point :) We use shotspotters connect mainly through apps made by them called "Shot Spot" where people call us directly after hearing shots fired nearby rather than calling 911 first then reporting afterwards over social media / email ect...
