This seat is really light and flexes a little under my weight (175#) but is strong enough to hold me up. I have 5 gallon cans from Home Depot, Lowes, and an old paint can, and it's perfect for everyone: It doesn't shift or stick, so it's easy to put on and take off. which is nice because I like to carry the things I need in a bucket while I'm at work. Combined with one of these drawers with a bucket for my tools, I can carry everything I need for most jobs in one hand. While the seat is comfortable enough, if I sit in it for a long time and need more padding for my back, I simply place a folded towel or small lawn chair cushion on top. The outside diameter is just right; It still allows you to pull the bucket handle out of the carrier seat and put it back to the side of the bucket while you work so the handle doesn't get in the way. And the price was right, so I can afford to order a few more as gifts for friends. Love it.
