The software is easy to use, it's very intuitive and has all of the features I need for my practice. It also allows me to have access to other endoscopists in different states if needed. There are some minor issues with the program that can be improved upon but nothing major or difficult to fix. If you're looking for an advanced system with great customer service then this product will help improve your workflow and make your life easier. We've been able to streamline our processes by using this software as well as being able to share videos between multiple sites.
