I came to this product from two Surface Pros who failed after 3 years. I refused to spend more than $1,000 on another Surface just for it to die again, so I went with Chuwi. It's used to run an onsite home inspection program and nothing else, so it's perfect for my needs. The only things I've noticed that differ from the Surface are the speed (understandable, based on the processor) and the touch of the pen. I have to squeeze the Chuwi grip harder and longer for it to register. Again, this isn't a problem for my use, but if someone buys this to use with some sort of graphics program, it might be a problem. A possible problem with Chuwi could be that the touchpad left an indelible mark. on the screen when the keyboard is closed. This is the size and shape of the touchpad perimeter and is permanently etched into the glass. I am contacting Chuwi for a warranty replacement. UPDATE: The seller contacted me about glass etching on the screen. They asked me to send photos and proof of purchase. After receiving these, they offered to return the purchase price or exchange the computer. They said that if Revain didn't replace the device I should "notify them immediately" and they would send me an address to send my damaged computer to. Since Revain's 30 day return policy has expired, I asked them to send me their return address. That was over a week ago and I haven't heard anything since. I sent the same request 2 more times and still no reply. Because of this lack of response, I don't want to send them a computer if they ever respond. Maybe I can't get a replacement. I will update this review if anything happens. Update 2: Another week has passed with no reply from Chuwi despite repeated attempts to contact her. I decided that if they ever responded I wouldn't send them my replacement computer as I would probably never get a replacement. I am changing my rating to 1 star.
