Won’t fit over pipe.
The hub at the discharge side of the lower flange will not fit a piece of 2 inch PVC pipe. It’s off by .015”.Luckily I have a self centering four jaw chuck for my lathe and can correct it, but how many people have that capability and how many people want to waste time doing that?Also the threaded adapters supplied both with the drain and with the flange will not thread into the flange. Luckily for my configuration I do not need them. Had I needed them there would’ve been no easy way to fix that.
- Did the job. The tile guy had no problems installing it.
- The sub drain may not align perfectly with the shower drain, leading to an uneven and unsightly appearance
