Do not buy this item! If I could give this thing a zero rating, I would. While the grip itself is good, the small screws that come with it are the wrong length. it comes with 5 screws. 2 long, 2 medium and 1 short. Why only 1 short screw? I have no idea. Trouble is, none of them were the right length! The long and medium bolts were too long and the short ones were too short. When I first tried the long ones, there was about a 1/2 inch gap between the door surface and the handle, which made the handle feel loose. short couldn't even reach the other side of the outside handle. The middle ones were close but still left a gap of about 1/4 inch from the door meaning it was still a little loose. actually my official problem appeared here. Thinking there was quite a bit of room left I thought I might screw it in a little more. Turns out I had overloaded it which caused it to get stuck. So now I have a dangling handle that I can't unscrew. after several unsuccessful attempts to open it, the screw head is now rounded. So I only have 2 options. Drill it out or try sticking a saw between the door and the handle and cutting the bolt. I hope I don't scratch my door in the process. I am absolutely dissatisfied and will return it as soon as I can pick it up at my place. Don't buy this pen, folks!
