The headset offers good sound quality and has a flexible microphone arm that can be positioned either on the right or left. The speaker's ear pads are just black foam and nothing out of the ordinary, and I would expect that from a $10 or $12 headset, for example, but not a $50 item. The foam cover is also not very comfortable. I don't think that's correct. They should have shown more detail in the picture as I could have chosen a different brand to get better headphone coverage. To get one with this brand I would have to spend over $20 more and I can't get it since the remanufactured ear covers are cheap. The headset doesn't always sit properly on my head and I have to adjust and move it from time to time. I use it at home as I like being hands free. Let's see how long it lasts as I've only been using it for a few months. I would give 5 stars if some of the materials used were not of such poor quality for the price of the item.
