Great sound and great customer service

I spend a lot of time talking to customers on the phone and it's important to me to have clear, natural sound. My old headset started humming, and when I wanted to change it, I realized that the world of headsets had changed quite a bit in the past few years. I found the IPD support team (Wu Shik in particular) to be very helpful in finding the right headset for my phone and then providing quick and helpful answers to my many questions and I am very happy with the end result!

The only 5-star rating given solely on a corporate basis.

When I received the item it worked great. However, after a few weeks it stopped working. It usually received a one-star rating. However, over the years I have never met a more committed company that wants to make things right. I won't go into detail, but suffice it to say that the efforts meant not only did the company care about them, but they would go the extra mile to keep customers happy. I think they should be a model for all companies. Unfortunately, in the end the product didn't work asโ€ฆ

Good headset, but a bit cheap in the materials, but does what it says on the tin.

The headset offers good sound quality and has a flexible microphone arm that can be positioned either on the right or left. The speaker's ear pads are just black foam and nothing out of the ordinary, and I would expect that from a $10 or $12 headset, for example, but not a $50 item. The foam cover is also not very comfortable. I don't think that's correct. They should have shown more detail in the picture as I could have chosen a different brand to get better headphone coverage. Very happy with this headset!

I bought a mono headset IPD IPH-160 NC with USB to PC adapter cable, mute switch and volume control. Both the microphone and speaker in this headset sound great. The headband is adjustable. If it feels too tight for you, you can reshape it slightly to make it as loose or tight as you like. The cable features a quick connect connector so the USB port and inline controls (including mute, volume, and hangup) can remain connected to the computer. This makes it easier to detach only part of theโ€ฆ
