Our goat likes this collar compared to his previous one. The neoprene and slight stretch make it much more comfortable than its latest (typical nylon) collar. It appears solid and sturdy, but time will tell. The buckle is made of thick plastic that feels very secure but can come loose with exposure to the sun and weather. (Pun. Ob. Got it?) He totally digs into the stylish Scottish plaid. Update: After several months of constant wearing, the Goat Goatee almost destroyed this collar. The buckles and D-ring held up perfectly to his abuse. However, the collar itself stretched horribly. So bottom line, it's probably great for the dog the way it's supposed to be. Just don't put it on your goat.
