I bought this lamp 8 months ago and it has worked great so far. That was until my TV announced that the lamp needed replacing. I can still watch TV, but I often get the annoying message that it needs to be replaced. The problem then was that I had to contact the seller to get a replacement as it is clearly still covered by the 1 year warranty. Was sold to Media Tycoon. When I then clicked on the "Contact Seller" link, I was presented with the options to "Request an invoice", "Thank you" or "Other issue - contact Revain". What game is this salesman playing, I thought. How can I contact them to get a replacement if I can't even reach them? Sounds like crappy business practice to me. Anyway I contacted Revain and they said they couldn't contact the seller but like a pro they offered a full refund after giving me a shipping label to send it back as it was through them within two days was sold. Luckily we have an older brother, Revane, who is behind these shady salesmen. DO NOT buy from Media Tycoon if you don't like being treated cold.
