They are very well made - literally high quality craftsmanship and materials. The color is great too and I personally love the buckle at the top. I'm certainly not sure about navy blue socks but I don't wear them so...LOL. Approached the size, the price is reasonable! If that's your style, do it! You will not be disappointed!
