Review on Dorman 99151 Keyless Entry Remote 3 Button: Compatible with Infiniti/Nissan Models (OE FIX) - Ultimate Convenience by Eric Salem

I bought this item because I only had one working remote control for my car. The seller asked for a astronomical $350 for a copy of an existing keychain. I called 5 local locksmiths and the cheapest I could find was $150 for a duplicate key fob. I bought this kit for $94 and bought an additional original blank Infinti key fob for $45. Less than $150 total spent PLUS I know I have 3 working keychains! I literally followed the instructions line by line after finding the OBDII port (didn't know it was down there) and then tested all 3 fobs with no problems. Everything works perfectly! Subpages (1) The key in the keychain is blank so I need to find someone to carve it. I've even rarely needed this key in almost 10 years of owning the car, but it would be nice to have spare keys, and (2) the manual says "the programming tool will be disabled after 5 programming sessions". Exactly what that means is not entirely clear. For 2 additional remotes, was my programming session 2 sessions or just one? Why does the tool stop working after 5 sessions? A real money saver! I'm glad I made the purchase and was able to program my remote without leaving the garage!
