When we received our Keurig it was open and wet as if it had been used. So I contacted the seller and they told me I bought a used one. Nowhere in the description does it say it's used. At least that should have been in the title. This is very deceptive. I wasn't overly impressed with this model, its maximum cup size fills less than the Keurig we had before which is annoying. It's supposed to be quiet, but it's also louder than our old Keurig. Shouldn't the new models be better than the old ones? I think he's doing his job.
