Pleasantly surprised!
I didn't know what to expect but was very happy with the quality and the price. Our old spare tire cover was fabric-coated plastic with an elasticated hem, this new one is heavy-duty nylon with a pattern printed on the fabric. Looks and feels like it's going to last. It has a drawstring to tighten it on the hoop and it works great! The adjustment was made immediately after performing the size calculations.
