Poorly made and dangerous

Connected to the graphics card. The card started spinning the fans at 100% power. When I looked closely, one of the pins was pushed out. When I played with it to put it back in place it was completely loose and slipped out. This could be a dangerous situation as the cord could melt or possibly start a fire.
